One bedroom with a queen bed, a full-size murphy bed on the main level and there is an additional convertible chair/bed. You'll love our beautiful bathroom with rainhead shower. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo right at the bottom of the Greek Peak ski mountain. You can ski-in/ski- out! It is across the street from Hope Lake Lodge and the Lookout Event Center. This recently renovated studio has an electric fireplace, new queen sofa bed, full-size kitchen, and an even dry sauna! Betsy did a fabulous job making this small unit into a beautiful space whether it be a romantic get-away, a wedding weekend or fun on the slopes. You'll love it!

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our cozy camper. Relax in the outdoor nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens and fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature.
