Sleep to the sound of your private waterfall in this cabin made for two. 12 miles from Ithaca and central to all that the Fingerlakes has to offer, less than one mile from the only National Forest in New York State, a 15 minute drive to either Seneca or Cayuga lakes, Waterfalls and of course the renowned wine trails. Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Unique, cute, bungalow in quiet spot. Walk to Commons, restaurants, shops, entertainment. Near Ithaca College (.8 miles) and Cornell (1.1). Includes livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (full stove, refrigerator, microwave), sunroom, clothes washer/dryer. Queen bed, dresser, closet. Deck and patio in the back. Recreation trail (20 miles of paths, creek and falls), entrance from our street. Bus stop on corner. Driveway in front of bungalow is yours! No through traffic, peaceful.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

Key-hole shaped bathroom door, elephant themed mosaic made from Seneca Lake fossils, a tiled map of the Finger Lakes region in the shower, stone surrounded mirror, and a Finger Lakes shaped bar sink are only a few of the superfluous, yet beguiling details that line the Finger Lakes Cottage. It has incredible hardwood trim, granite countertops, and stained glass rescued from an old NYC church. Furthermore, it sleeps up to 4 people (queen+double) and is incredibly dog-friendly.

Join us for a stay in our historically grand 1835 home, perfectly located in the heart of Downtown Ithaca. Everything you’re looking for is only a few walkable blocks away: Moosewood & shopping at Dewitt Mall – 1 block. Shopping & Events in Ithaca Commons – 2 blocks. Restaurant Row on Aurora Street – 3 blocks. Ithaca Farmers Market – 1 mile. If you're visiting students, Cornell University and Ithaca College are both nearby.

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
