Cap off the evening with a bonfire and some steaks on the grill! Just a few miles from state snowmobile trails Well behaved dogs are welcome in home, but not on furniture or beds. You'll love this unique and romantic escape. The Stone Cottage on Smith Lake is the perfect historic space with modern amenities. You can sauna, fish off of the dock or make use of the provided boat and Kayak. Use the Traeger grill and outdoor seating area, hike local trails, roast marshmallows over one of several fire pits, and then cozy up for a meal cooked in the gorgeous modern kitchen. We have a library of books and games on hand for you to enjoy, comfortable beds, and an incredible view!

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a public lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a dock, two kayaks, a 16' boat & motor, a small shed by lake, a fire pit & gas grill.

Classic log cabin on amazing lake

One bedroom cabin sit 50 feet from the shores of Caribou lake, clarity of up to 40 ft. and 160 feet de. One of the few lakes that still offer habitat for Lake trout. The cabin has a deck overlooking the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen and sleeps up to 5 or 6. A great place for a romantic retreat, and perfect for a small family or a few friends. Fantastic swimming, fishing and hiking trails right out your door. Well equipped kitchen, but no oil. Only one dog allowed in the summer.
