La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da bar/ panetteria, 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostradale Bellinzona-sud a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.
