We're back! We took a break from listing this home for our mom (Karen) while we lived in it full-time and loved every minute! Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

The Space One Bedroom apartment suite Victorian/Savannah charmer built is 1884 is located above Savannah Rum Runners Bakery and Café. Complimentary fresh baked items will be provided for your stay from our bakery. The apartment is walking distance to many areas of Savannah; Forsyth Park, Starland Yard, Bay Street, River Street, Enmarket Arena, and many of our historical places. You can stroll through many of the historical squares as you make your way around the city.
