Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.
