Drones are not allowed on the premise. No smoking is allowed on the premise. The use of marijuana or any other drugs on the premise of the property is strictly prohibited. There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking and drug use on the premise.

The 800-acre Santa Fe Dam recreational park is also less than 3 miles away, where lots of outdoor recreational activites are available!
