Turn the key and relax in this cozy 3-bedroom lakeshore cabin on Little Rabbit's upper lake which connects to the Mississippi River; this is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise! Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing - even ice fishing! Species include: crappies, sunfish, northern, and bass. This private lake house is in close proximity to the Cuyuna Range Recreation Area, famous for world-class mountain biking trails and scuba diving. Plus newly renovated game room!

Crosby Casa is by the creek and close to bike trails, downtown, and the lake; a two block walk to a vibrant main street where you can eat, drink, and shop. Includes full kitchen, washer/dryer, patio, bbq supplies in shed, bike cleaning station, hose, LOCKED BIKE STORAGE (see important note in other details section below), E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), and EV car charging at 115V/20A. We are available during your stay. Smoke and pet free for those with allergies.

A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.
