We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

When you get into this unit you will be amazed by the comfort and cozy set up. This unit is located downtown Ipswich on the third floor with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and have a place to hang out. NOT RECOMMENDED for elderly people because of the stairs. there are three sets of stairs, also if you are traveling with young children or toddlers need to be aware of the height and the whereabouts. Note that Airbnb is a different concept from hotels. We are not a 24/7 front desk.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.
