Il Giardino is in a quiet and secluded location, in a private gated property consisting of two separate, unique houses, (the second house is inhabited by the owner). Only an eight minute drive from Kefalonia’s capital Argostoli and five minutes from the airport. Directions to Il Jardino -> At the mainn road from the airport to Argostoli, you turn left on the uphill road towards Villa Roxani & Iris studios. At the end of the road on the uphill turn right and immediately left on the dirt road. At the end of the dirt road you find a Green door with 2 illuminated columns. That’s Il Jardinos Entrance. Some of the amazing beaches of Minies and Livatho area are located very close to the property. Il Giardino is fully equipped with everything one might need for a perfect vacation and is suitable for individuals, couples and families looking for a relaxing stay in amazing surroundings.

All'esterno il suo giardino regala momenti magici, tra piante e oggetti storici che incorniciano il cortile, potendo godere di magnifiche cene all’aperto o di elettrizzanti aperitivi al tramonto! La zona è ben servita e tutti i servizi e luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili anche a piedi.

Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist bei uns richtig. Unser gepflegtes Studio bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Wir haben eine tolle Aussicht, die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Das Studio besteht aus einem Schlaf-&Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, Satellitenfernseher, Kochecke, Kühlschrank, Duschbad, ca. 20 qm, plus Veranda. Der Eingang ist separat von der Veranda aus. Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Die Reinigung ist inklusive und erfolgt einmal wöchentlich.

E' ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in totale relax e ama vivere la natura.Ha disposizione un cortile esterno e un giardino privato ,lettini per prendere il sole, terrazzo panoramico , doccia esterna con acqua calda , wi-fi e barbecue. Il parcheggio è gratuito .
