Kick your feet up and wave at the boats going by as you grill or fish from the dock. Play a round of corn hole, hop on one of our paddleboards or kayaks for beautiful ride to either lake! Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

Use our canoe and kayak to enjoy 22,000 acres of connecting lakes. Bring your bikes and enjoy easy access to 46 miles of a great bike trail. Inside, enjoy a spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated townhouse with all the conveniences of home. Porch and balcony give access to a Florida landscape of water, Cypress trees and assortment of wildlife.

Enjoy lakefront living close to everything the Nature Coast has to offer. Entire home is for your use with a private pool and boat dock. Beautifully decorated and comfortable living space to enjoy some family time. The 3 bedroom home has 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (twin and full size) and 1 twin trundle bed. Sleeps 8. Enjoy using the 3 kayaks on the lake during the day, then challenge each other to a game of 8 ball at night on the billiards table. Swim and enjoy cocktails by the pool on the lanai.

The Gulf of Mexico is accessible via Crystal River located just across the Salt River from the condo. Wonderful seafood restaurants and activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling, swimming with the manatees, scalloping, biking, golfing, saltwater and freshwater fishing are all available nearby. A public beach is located 4 miles from the condo.

What a view, what a really good view, YES IT IS! Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks to enjoy the water or bring your boat! This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. Water views from all angles, you will feel like you're on a houseboat there's so much water! Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

The Cove Point House

Our piece of paradise offers a private dock with stunning views of the sunset and scenic native plants. Lounge on the back deck and grill your favorite meal. Be wonderstruck by personalized touches, customized light fixtures and knotty pine ceilings. Bring the family as the second bedroom offers two twin sized beds!

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

The Hernando Lake House

Relax our Lake House. The water touches the back yard and the lake is loaded with Bass and many other fish. Relax in the living room falling asleep for afternoon naps while gazing at the serenity of the water. The house is quiet and set up for some nice long weekends. The Gulf of Mexico is just 14 miles to Crystal River which has a nice local beach. Scalloping and Manatee watching and much more to do in Citrus county. Orlando and Disney are just a little over an hours drive.

Withlacoochee River w/Boat Slip & Screened Porch

Nestled amongst the trees on the peaceful Withlacoochee River is Elegant Escape, a 1-bedroom/1-loft bedroom/1-bathroom waterfront townhouse that is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It is just a mile from Rainbow River and is ideally suited to guests who want to golf, fish, bike, or enjoy water sports, as well as those who want to nature watch. Only 20 miles to WEC (World Equestrian Center). Includes two parking spaces and a boat slip. Boat launch across the river.
