Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood close to MSU, LCC, Sparrow Hospital, Downtown Lansing, Shopping at Eastwood Mall, and a quick walk to parks, restaurants and coffee shops. This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
