The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

Spend your night in the most unique "barn" you'll ever find. Complete with a full bath & shared with 20+ goats, 2 ponies, and other farm animals, you're sure to have a memorable stay (the animals have their own space). There is also a walking path to a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Should you time your stay right you could join in on goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

Built in 2013, Water's Edge is a secluded, warm, & rustic 2nd story home sit above a horse barn turned epic R.E. office w/ perhaps the best view in the county! Enjoy the sunrise over the pond from the 12'x30' deck, or the animals grazing to the south. The Farm Stay is entrmt central boasting of a lg open living room/full kitchen with a wood pellet stove for your enjoyment on those cold winter nights! Not to mention catch&release fishing, corn hole, tetherball, volleyball, or bonfire!

Experience a serene and relaxing getaway in our off-grid tiny cabin on our farm. Created with the intention of slowing down (no tv, no wifi and no refrigerator), enjoy wandering the fields relaxing in one of the hammocks, cooking on the outdoor fire pit, sipping coffee on the front deck and generally taking a break from modern life. If you'd like to explore the area, we are nearby popular trails and bike routes, U-pick farms, breweries & restaurants and beaches along Lake Michigan.

New Construction! Entire Private Unit located in our Barn, now with a private fenced yard. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our property is a quiet rural area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within 15-20 minutes of city life and shopping. Your private unit is located in our brand new pole barn on our historic farm. It is a lower level unit that sleeps 4 and has 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

The Guest House in the Barn at Grand Pause Farm

The Grand Pause Farm invites you to stay at our barn, overlooking 40 acres of a stress free environment, complete with ponds, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets . You will be in the country, and our cozy, quiet cabin can be enjoyed by the whole family. You can visit local parks and shopping at area stores. Due to COVID-19 we have blocked weekdays. The Property is on a working farm, with a historic barn, pastures and 40 acres of managed woodland. Enjoy this tranquil setting with some time spent sitting relaxing on the front porch.
