Large park with kids playground, ball fields, hockey rink are right out the backdoor! Many hiking trails and access to the Sturgeon River is just a short drive from the home! Burt Lake and Mullett Lake access is 5 minutes away and downtown Indian River is at your fingertips! Brand new (May 2024) patio/fire pit in the back yard.

Relax at our retreat on Canal Street! If you want to shop and have time in the city, Petoskey and Mackinac City are less than 30 minutes away or get to Traverse City in 45! Downtown Indian River is walkable and has everything you need too!If you are hoping for some time at the lake, Burt Lake and Mullett Lake are minutes away! You can access the beach with a kayaks or take a short drive to the public beach. In the winter, we are close to a few ski resorts and right on the snowmobile trail!

Petoskey and Harbor Springs, ski and golf resort of Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are approximately 30 minutes away. Home has a Fully equipped kitchen.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A boat dock is available for docking your boat in the canal of the Indian River allowing you to cruise the River and reach Mullett or Burt lakes within minutes. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.
