The cottage was built in 2018 and is incredibly cozy with unobstructed views of Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It also has excellent privacy and high-end amenities. The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
