Enjoy your stay, nestled in a private location amongst full-grown trees, a 2-minute walk to the ocean Our new Harbour Mist Cottage is very similar to our Sunrise Cottage with a little bit more: larger bedrooms and bathroom. Start your next adventure and step into The Indian Arm Lakehouse, where you will be greeted with a stellar lake view. This one level cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6 comfortably. This lakeside getaway has something for everyone. You can lounge on the patio, sit around a toasty campfire, fish in the lake, salmon fish in the nearby river or just relax in our 6 person hot tub. We are steps away from the Trans Canada Railbed. Ideal fro ski-dooing, side-by-siding or just a walk.

Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

OCEANSIDE SHANTYS are located in the picturesque community of Deep Bay. Finn House is a one bedroom, fully furnished accommodation which includes; kitchen, three piece bath, satellite TV and WiFi. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.
