A cosy 75m2 house , on the beach front of Faros , a quiet coastal village , very close to the airport. Ideal for families or couples that seek relaxing holidays , without stress . It's the ground floor of a 2-storey house , designed by a well-known Ikarian architect . Faros has a sandy beach with crystal clear water. There is a mini market , a few tavernas and beach bars. The view of the Eastern Aegean and Fourni islands is breathtaking !

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

Κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία στην οποία φτάνεις από μονοπάτι με σκαλοπάτια σε δύο λεπτά. Στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού υπάρχει κήπος με σκαλοπάτια και επίπεδα με χώρους ανάπαυσης. Η πρόσβαση στο σπίτι γίνεται από τον δρόμο μέσω μονοπατιού με σκαλοπάτια σε λιγότερο απο 1 λεπτό. Δημόσιο Πάρκινγκ 100m από το σπίτι. Ακατάλληλο για άτομα με αναπηρία.

Το πέτρινο βρίσκεται στο χωριό κάμπος λίγα λεπτά από το λιμάνι ΕΥΔΗΛΟΣ (2 χιλιόμετρα ) και με την κοντινότερη παραλία μόλις ένα ιδιωτικό μονοπάτι μακρυά Στο πέτρινο ξεχωρίζει η μεγάλη αυλή η οποία μπορεί να αξιοποιηθεί όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας από το πρωί στην πλευρά της παραλίας για ένα πρωινό με θέα καθώς και τις απογευματινές ώρες στο εξωτερικό σαλόνι για πανοραμική θέα του Αιγαίου με τα ωραία χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος.

Right on the beach. Studio, w 3 comfortable new beds and a pentry, WC and shower. Large ocean front terrace and balcony. Situated on the lovely Kampos beach, right by the ocean. The studio is 40 square meters. Walking distance to nice tavernas and restaurants. Painted inside and outside 2025. New doors and windows 2025. On the north side of the island that is most popular and where you find the best beaches, restaurants etc.

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Traditional stone made house of Ikaria, located at the beach of Kampos village. The house contains a double and a single bedroom surrounding a patio. There is an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, oven and small electrical appliances. The house is suitable for three persons with potentiality for one more guest in the double bedroom. The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.

Supermarket, restaurants and everything you may need are in walking distance. Wifi, air condition and a fully equipped kitchen are making this a perfect vacation place. Το studio βρίσκεται 15μ από την παραλία του Καραβοστάμου. Είναι δίπλα σε μαγαζιά όπως μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο,ταβέρνες,καφέ και μπάρ. Το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. Διαθέτει 2 μονά κρεβάτια και είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια αλλά και φίλους.Το μπαλκόνι στις φωτογραφίες αποτελεί κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι μεταξύ τον δύο δωματίων μου και βρίσκεται στα 2 μέτρα απόστασης απο το κατάλυμα
