There is access available for a sauna & swimming pool area within the main house (for an extra cost). The house is located in the middle of Helsinki in a peaceful neighborhood (Oulunkylä). Excellent accessibility to both the city center and the airport by public transportation or your own car. Free street-parking

A separate sauna building sits close to the shore with a wood-fired hot tub and a drop-design fire pit. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms. The fenced garden, pier, and peaceful setting make it ideal for families, friends, or small groups.

Cosy 35m2 studio in quiet place near Keskuspuisto forest (5min to the forest). Free parking on the road. Also famous Rodo park is in walking dictance. Short walking dictance to train station Huopalahti (11min, 850m), which prings you to city center and to the airport. Also the buses leave next to the door to city center (40 and 41, about 20min). If you need bed sheets, it cost 10e/ person. You can pay by: cash, mobile pay or through airbnb. Free Wifi in the house.

Pieni talo Tuusulan rantatiellä

Viihtyisä rauhallinen paikka Tuusulan rantatien kulttuuriympäristössä. Kyseessä on uudehkon talon n. 40 neliön kokoinen alakerta, jossa oleskelu- ja makuutila on samassa huoneessa. Lisäksi on kylpyhuone ja sauna, wc sekä varusteltu keittiö. Talossa ei asu muita. Tilavalta terassilta on näkymä takapihalle. Talon edessä on reilusti pysäköintitilaa. Sopii esim. pariskunnalle tai rauhalliselle työkeikkalaiselle. Tuusulan järven rantaan on lyhyt 300 metrin kävelymatka.

Oma piha, trampoliini ja tilaa lasten leikeille tekevät arjesta mukavaa. Varusteluun kuuluvat ilmalämpöpumppu, koneellinen ilmanvaihto, takka ja grilli. Pieni lemmikki on tervetullut sopimuksen mukaan.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
