However, hidden among other stone houses and old narrow streets the house is distanced enough from the nightlife to enjoy in peaceful moments.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Newly built fully enclosed luxury villa close to the beach with a large illuminated heated swimming pool and sauna. For private use: rectangular swimming pool, heated (8 x 3 m, 150 cm deep, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) Bookable on request: pool heating EUR 150.00 per week (payable at location). Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot. The sauna is open every day from 17:00 to 20:00 h.

Twin I

One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. The combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older more than 300 years make a perfect join. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.

NETFLIX is also availlable to our guests. If coming by car you have a garage space for use. You can reach the beautiful old town of Hvar and its lovely sights by making a 10 minute walk over the promenade and enjoying the weather.
