Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

The Annexe is a self-contained space situated in our family garden in Tadcaster. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Our wonderful pods are kitted out with everything you need for a perfect break in the North Yorkshire countryside. This is one of our smallest pods, a fantastic compact space, but with ample space for two adults on the double bed. The pod also has a private bathroom, lounge area (with Smart TV) and a kitchenette which includes a microwave and a fridge. This pod is a great base for when you're not out and about — whether you drive, walk or cycle, there's lots to explore nearby.

Hope Cottage is in a peaceful village in the perfect location to visit the many attractions North Yorkshire has to offer . Parking is available outside the cottage, and the train station is a mile away. Whixley has an excellent local pub The Anchor Inn , other local eating establishments are within easy driving distance. Generous discounts are on offer for long term let’s (28day or more .) Please note that charging points are not available to charge electric cars .

No. 3 Alice's Cottage - Hot tub in private garden

A warm welcome to Alice's cottage which is part of Priory Holiday Cottages, self-catering holiday cottage. Built on the historical site of Syningthwaite the cottages are named as such because of their close proximity to the Syningthwaite Priory. Each cottage is named after a Prioress that ruled the Priory during its life time. Alice's cottage is a spacious cottage which has its own private garden and BBQ. A hot tub can be added to the booking for £75 per stay.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Station Cottage

The property is a beautiful maisonette at Station House, an iconic grade 2 listed former railway station built in 1841 .The history of the building can still clearly be seen; indeed your accommodation is in the old waiting rooms overlooking the station platform. Tours of the rest of the site may be available on request, including the old goods shed. Guests have access to the public footpath/cycle way adjacent to the property along the old railway line.
