Located in a quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, this entire guest house is comfortable & centrally-located. Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items

My place is centrally located and close to EVERYTHING! Just jump on Hwy 130 less than a mile away to reach Austin, Georgetown, Pflugerville and Round Rock quick and easily. You’ll love my place because of Its cleanliness and perfect layout. It is truly a beautiful home! Walking distance to the community swimming pool and park. Just minutes away from Hawaiian Falls Water Park, golf, Super Target, many shops and restaurants. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and big groups.

The real highlight of our home is the PRIVATE ACCESS to the beautiful park and lake right from our backyard(see photo). (fishing, kayaking, picnic) House features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathroom. King, queen and twin over full with twin trundle bed. Midterm guests are welcome- all are negotiable please send inquires . Samsung, Tesla, other contractors are welcome. Korean speaking owner. Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.
