(no stove, but there is a toaster oven and microwave.) There is a private balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at sunset.

Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
