The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind. At Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by farmland. A NEW private HOT TUB, firepit, bbq and seating area within the paddock. A short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Fisher Dairy Cottage

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. The Pump-House offers studio accommodation for up-to two people and is located within the gardens at Little Fisher Farm. The self contained studio property has the option of either two single beds or a super-king double. A kitchen and en-suite shower bathroom are located at one end. Views are to the west over the gardens and the surrounding farmland. Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden & farmland.
