The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Created to offer a luxurious stay, TheCabin is equipped with a Kingsize bed and luxury bathroom. In the kitchen there is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, mini air fryer oven, fridge, induction hob, pots and pans. For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. Close to a number of wedding venues including Colville Hall, Down Hall, The Reid Rooms, Blake Hall, Mulberry House, Newland Hall and That Amazing Place, we are also just 15 mins away from Stansted airport.

The Lodge at Briggens Home Farm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained cosy modern annexe located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire setting only 1 mile walking distance to Roydon village and train station with fast links to London Underground (15mins) and Stansted Airport (30mins). There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.
