This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Make yourself at home in this cozy apartment in the heart of Eagle Grove. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms (queen beds), and full bathroom. For your convenience, there is a washer/ dryer available for no extra cost. WiFi is provided, and there is a Smart TV for you to access your streaming services. You will have access to a spacious outdoor area, including a patio. A single-stall garage goes with the apartment plus an additional parking space in the driveway.

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Built in 1870s with Italianate architecture this beautiful stately brick house has large French windows and original wood floors The house is a step into history with modern updates to make guests feel right at home. Relax upstairs in a large jacuzzi tub. Enjoy grilling on the front porch area and enjoy the park a block away and downtown just three blocks with eateries and shopping downtown.

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with soft water. Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on the second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

Backyard Oasis! (Pool is OPEN for Summer!)

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a beautifully, remodeled home with a shared backyard space that includes an inground heated pool and 2 Hot Tubs for summertime fun! One Hot Tub and the pool is closed for the winter. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. 3 bedrooms, electric fireplace and 2 Smart TV’s. Everything you need for a nice relaxing stay.

This home has a large, fenced in, backyard with a pool, deck, and patio for some outdoor fun. It offers a double car attached garage and a large driveway for plenty of parking space.

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.

Enjoy your next family vacation at Lake Cornelia! Live it up on the lake, enjoy yard games and unwind on the large deck while taking in the beautiful views. This remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath with dine in kitchen has lake access and its own private dock with swimming platform. It is within walking distance to Clarmond Country Club, Lake Cornelia Park and a public beach.

Union Suite #1

A quiet small town getaway close to the grotto, town pool, shops, parks, and more. This suite includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen & living room. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. Just a note, we do not have a TV but do offer free WIFI. **There are quite a few stairs going up to the apartment.

Bring the whole family to this cozy home with lots of room for fun. Our house includes a fully stocked kitchen, 4 queen beds, games, a toy room, screened in porch, outdoor patio, propane grill and fire pit area. One block away from a large park and the city pool! Only a few minutes away from the Grotto of Redemption and fun shopping on Broadway!
