Full of character it’s a perfect escape for anyone craving a cosy private retreat, with a gorgeous log burner and private garden and parking space. The cottage enjoys excellent transport links to Manchester and Stoke while remaining wonderfully secluded. Trains can be heard passing from time to time - a nostalgic reminder of the cottage’s heritage .

Guests have exclusive use of a private wing of the property, featuring a cosy lounge with a log burner, a study/breakfast room, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

The sleeping arrangement is one very large bedroom with a double bed, then a triple bunk (double on the bottom and single on top) Plenty of off-road parking including horse boxes.
