Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Welcome to the Lookout Loft Treehouse! Find a retreat in this peaceful hilltop oasis just a short 20 min drive out of Sioux Falls, SD. Within 5 minutes, you will be in town where you can find several grocery stores (Fareway, Walmart and Hyvee), a nice indoor mall with a Dutch bakery for a great breakfast, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool ' Siouxnami waterpark', and Dordt University. About 1 hour drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 2 hours from Omaha airport.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.
