Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge. Sweet new Bath House. Located on the edge of a pine grove, this site has a beautiful view of the Catskill Mountains. Plenty of space to have family and friends spread out, pop up tents and join on the adventure. Stay at and explore what was the site of The Catskill Game Farm, America's first and largest privately owned zoo. The tent is tucked into 203 mountainside acres with 100+ buildings and old animal shelters, 3.5 miles of paved pathways and remnants of the abandoned zoo still in tact.

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

This is a large tent, elevated four feet on a wooden platform. The property abuts the preserve forest under Mohonk Mountain, nestled against Coxing Kill Creek. This space offers near-complete privacy on the edge of the property, isolated from the bustle of farm life. Electricity is provided, but there is no Wi-Fi or running water.

Steady Slope Hermit Thrush (Fully Supported Site)

Immerse yourself in nature at our brand new Forested ledge site. Surrounded by trees, listen to the birds and enjoy a bonfire. Follow us on IG @steadyslope Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; while it is a short walk, giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult.
