With Spring Creek directly across the street, it's great for fishing or just enjoying the outdoors from the porch or patio. Inside has a rustic, classic cabin feel with modern amenities. Enjoy the view and the quiet with little to no traffic. We are 15 minutes from Penn State's campus so you really get the best of both worlds. We Are!

This centrally located basement apartment in Happy Valley is just 2 miles from Beaver Stadium! It's not too large and not too small but just right for 4 guests. It is 3 miles from the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State Creamery and the Waffle Shop, and a short walk to Spring Creek Park, Millbrook Marsh, and hiking/biking trails. Tussey Mountain and historic Boalsburg and Bellefonte are a short drive. This cozy spot has a private entrance with driveway parking in a residential neighborhood.

Cute and quaint ranch house located in Houserville, PA... about 2 miles from Downtown State College and 2 miles from the University/Beaver Stadium/Bryce Jordan Center. Easy access to PSU via back roads. Plenty of space, 3 BDRM/1 BATH, large deck, 80" TV and large kitchen. Off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. No Pets NOTE: This is a new AirBnB and we are getting it up to speed. It is very simple but clean. We appreciate feedback on your stay and any amenities that may be required.

Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)

Charming 144 year old farmhouse in the tranquil village of Lemont. 1.7 miles to Beaver Stadium. Walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, breweries, and the Mt. Nittany trailhead. Off street parking for four vehicles, wrap around front porch, private fenced-in backyard with hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Sorry, no pets and no smoking/vaping on premises.

Quiet, private apartment close to it all

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

Sauna & Cabin (*3 season: winter water turned off)

Our cabin is full of luxury & serenity. Combine the peace and meditative beauty of the forest WITHOUT the roughing it, just a jaunt away from Happy Valley, walking distance to C.B. McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people. We prepare the stove for your first burn and hope you’re deeply relaxed when you leave here. * anything less than 5 star reviews hurts our rating.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and comfortable home. This sweet house is under 2 miles to Beaver Stadium and Penn State University. It is near the beautiful Spring Creek Park and there is a bike path leading to Penn State. We provide 2 bikes at the house. This is a wonderful, safe, quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!
