Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. Safely tucked behind our primary home - relaxing porch with wooded views. Quiet neighborhood. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She LOVES to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.
