Oaklawn Racing Casino, Garvan Gardens, Magic Springs, and historic downtown Hot Springs are just minutes away.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Please note: though this is a ground floor condo their are steps from the parking lot down to the unit. Nicely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size tempur-pedic sofa bed. Two full bathrooms makes this condo sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms.

This 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA guest suite offers complete privacy from the adjoining property. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)

Fall/Winter Update: Water levels are lowered 3-5ft on Lake Hamilton starting Nov 1 and refills Mar 1 to allow for seawall and dock repairs. No boat slip or ramp access but beautiful sunrise and sunsets are still available while relaxing on the back porch with your favorite beverage. Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood to enjoy fresh and peaceful surroundings.
