The Cartlodge is a cosy 1st floor studio apartment in the beautiful village of Horringer, Bury St Edmunds, bordering the stunning Ickworth House Estate & a 5 minute drive into the historic market town. Private off-street parking & equipped with all the essentials makes this an ideal spot for 1 or 2 people visiting the town or exploring the National Trust estate for a short getaway or work trip, with the choice of two excellent village pubs serving food most days for those not wishing to cook.

Located in the charming Suffolk village of Horringer, with direct access to a stunning NT park, House of Wilde offers a luxurious stay with ample garden space. A truly unique retreat offering high quality accommodation for up to 5 adults. We also have a small fold up bed and a travel cot for little ones. Extra amenities include board games, books, table tennis and a dressing up box. The perfect staycation for families or the perfect tranquil environment for solo travellers of work or pleasure.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The Rabbit Hutch - charming country cottage.

Our charming rural retreat has flexible accommodation for 6/7 adults PLUS small children. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Private staircases lead to Bedroom 1 - double bed + single Zedbed on request. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Both have en-suite WCs. The Garden Room is EITHER Bedroom 3 (with kingsize bed OR 2 singles) OR an additional sitting room. Travel Cot available for our younger guests! Sitting Room has a log burner for WINTER evenings. Secure, private, sunny rear garden with lawn and patios.

The Hare’s Retreat, Great location & dog heaven!

The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own independent access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

Tawny Lodge is a converted stables adjacent to the Old Coach house and backs onto our beautiful 17th century Grade 2 listed house with a courtyard in between. Set in parkland just opposite Nowton Park, Tawny Lodge is only a five minute drive from the vibrant market town centre of Bury St Edmunds, or a scenic 45 minute walk.

Newmarket self-contained room&en-suite in Moulton

Ideal for professionals, couples or solo travellers visiting the area. Please note the room isn’t suitable for 2 adults not sharing a bed. We offer secure, comfortable accommodation with convenient parking. Located in the village of Moulton which has its own charms. The room is contemporary and quiet. 5min from the A14 & A11. The accommodation incorporates all the essential amenities and positive culture of the AirBnB community.

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).
