This is a luxuriously designed studio which is attached to a main home, but completely private w/ its own entrance. Situated in a calm safe neighborhood near I10 and loop 375. Walking distance from eats, coffee shops etc. Plenty of street parking. There is one KING bed & one small futon sofa. It has a great kitchenette with basic essentials, and a full bathroom and HEPA filter. This space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $35 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.

Settle in comfortably with 2 full baths, a separate office, and a fenced patio, with convenient access to Fort Bliss. Two full bathrooms for four guests make mornings and longer stays easier. The office is a real work room with a desk and a door, not a corner of a bedroom. Full kitchen, fenced yard, and pets genuinely welcome. So nothing surprises you: the house sleeps 4, not 6. The office is a work room, not a third bedroom. I live in a separate unit at the rear and we share a wall.
