We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

This private, spacious two-bedroom guest suite spans the entire lower level of our home and features a private entrance, walk-out patio, full kitchen, laundry, and open living/dining area. Located just 26 min. from Gillette Stadium/World Cup via an easy highway drive, and in Hopkinton, the start of the Boston Marathon. It’s ideal for event visitors, runners, and families. Please note: we have a (ridiculously friendly) non shedding, labradoodle on property.

Guests have a private entrance and wind their way up the period staircase to the second-floor suite with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a breakfast nook, and a bathroom. Home is surrounded by many Pine trees, set back from the main road, on corner of a Cul de Sac good for walking and peace and quiet. Everything you need should be there, this was family's private residence now an Airbnb. Sit back & relax in the yard listening to the birds & enjoying nature all while being minutes to everything!

This my home in which I am now an "empty-nester". I have 3 bedrooms available, each with a Queen bed, plus a room over the garage with 4 futons/mattresses. NOTE: I live here and will be home during your stay. You'll have access to a private bathroom and the rest of the house: kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. NO pets allowed My place is close to Boston, Worcester, Providence, state parks, etc. Good for singles, couples, business travelers and families.
