Perfect casual beach cabana! This 2 bedroom beachfront gem is perched atop the sand dune with steps to the most beautiful and swimmable section of the world famous North Beach of Great Guana Cay. The view from the open concept living room and kitchen with 12' ceilings is simply breathtaking! We are located on the oceanside of the settlement , just down the beach from Nipper's Beach Bar and Grill. There are three Condo's in this building, two oceanfront and one garden front.

There are sea kayaks for your use. The main bedroom on the first level has a queen bed with a closet and a/c, and the upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds. There is also a reading alcove with a twin mattress off of the living area for extra sleeping space.
