IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday only. So, we can offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

Our camp is located in the foothills of the ADK state park and situated along the banks of the West Canada Creek. Enjoy DIRECT access to the creek for fishing, tubing, ect. Minutes away to annual Snow Bash events. A short drive to Hinckley, Kayuta, and Piseco lakes. Close access to snowmobile trails that extend across NYS. A 45 minute drive to Utica. An hour or less to Speculator/Old Forge/Piseco. Restaurants/Pub: Haskell's Inn (walking distance), Ohio Tavern(2 mi.) WiFi & Streaming. NO pets.

See wild flowers, attracting hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer from your deck. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck , a stroll on the private walking trail; or a beverage stargazing by the fire pit. For the adventurer, both the Adirondacks and many famous Herkimer Diamond mines are only a short drive away!

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

Enjoy hiking over 4 acres of private forest, and wind down with the sounds of ‘Mad Tom’ at a brook-side common area providing a Blackstone griddle in a screened in pavilion. Free campfire wood included with your stay so you can enjoy s’mores if you just can’t be pulled away from the peaceful serenity, then retire in comfort in a comfortable apartment.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
