The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.
