Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Seaside 18th‑century cottage, hottub & guest house

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Välkommen till vårt boende, bara 100 m från havet! Här erbjuds ett attefallshus med panoramautsikt över det glittrande blåa havet. Boendet är modernt inrett och fyllt med naturligt ljus. Det är den perfekta platsen för avkoppling och strandaktiviteter. På det privata soldäcket kan du njuta av solen, bada i bubbelpoolen eller grilla kvällens middag. Utforska den omkringliggande naturen eller ta stigen 100 m ner till Hakefjorden för ett svalkande bad. Boka nu och skapa minnen för livet!

Updated 2025 with new bedroom and outdoor trampoline. A cosy old house (100m2) renovated for functionality and charm. Not perfect but with charm and all facilities you need for a good holiday. Good space for 2 families (must be 2 kids out of 8) both inside and outside the house. Open fire in livingroom and iron stove in kitchen. Nature view. Horses next to the house. Wild animals (kind ones) in the surrounding. Lawn and playhouse. Close by car to shops, swimming and restaurants.

Lunden-Stugan vid sjön

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med utsikt över sjön Lysevatten. Paddla kanot, ta en bastukväll och njut. En etapp av bohusleden ligger i närheten. I Stenungsund, på Tjörn och Orust finns många utflyktsmål. Ni kan tex fiska krabbor i havet, åka båt till Åstol, besöka Göksäter på Orust, vandra bohusleden mm. Avresestäd görs av gästen, checklista för städ och material finns i stugan. Det går ev att boka avresestäd i mån av tid, kostnad på 1200 sek tillkommer.

Ett naturnära boende med närhet till både stad och kust. Huset ligger endast 5 mil från Göteborg, med smidig anslutning via E45 som gör att du når stadens puls på cirka 40 minuter med bil. Med endast 30 minuter till västkustens vackra stränder erbjuder boendet det bästa av två världar – närhet till havet och lugnet från naturen precis utanför dörren. Huset är omringat av grönska och har en trivsam trädgård som passar både för avkoppling och lek. Katter och höns finns på gården.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Den ganzen Tag angeln oder einfach auf dem Steg liegend ein gutes Buch lesen. Abends in der Sauna entspannen oder auf dem Rasen mit den Kinder Kubb spielen.
