Come enjoy the Fall at Sandy Hook or the gorgeous nature trails in Hartshorne Woods it’s all just steps away. This cute cottage sleeps 2 or 3 people and is appointed with modern appliances that any nature lover would enjoy. Our other studio space received 5 stars year after year & has now been rented year round. The cottage is newly renovated and has a full size bed a full size sofa bed. Close to the NYC ferry & many tiki bars & dining, biking & the Twin Lights. Corp rentals are welcome!

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
