This 1-bedroom/1-bathroom house is 15-20min drive from Dodger Stadium. Built in the early 1940s, its decor is a nod to that era's timeless charm. Blackout drapes enhance the sleeping areas for a restful night's sleep. The beverage bar features ample cabinetry, an accent wall with backsplash, and unique open live edge shelves, crafted from the old avocado tree that once graced the patio. Our space was made for a single guest that needs some space to relax or as a romantic and stylish get away for couples to enjoy. Just a quick heads up. Our house sits at the top of a pretty steep hill which gives you amazing views. Just be mindful if you’re uncomfortable parking or walking on a hill.
