House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House and city of Morganton have power and are ready visitors. This guest house sits behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

The Tuckamore is a cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Walk a block to Main Street where you can eat, drink, shop and explore historic Lincolnton. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. Our home and apartment are on a 4 acre wooded lot located just outside Kings Mountain in a quiet subdivision. It's a great place to walk or bike ride. We're located 25 miles from Charlotte International Airport, 5 miles from I85 and 75 miles from Asheville, NC. The apartment is attached to our home with a connecting breezeway. It has a private entrance, screened porch, ceiling fans and parking area.
