The Cowshed Apartment

Architect Designed Eco home is warm, friendly and compact. Two bedrooms both with double beds. The MVHR delivers constant filtered fresh air and the GSHP offers underfloor heating to all areas. PLEASE NOTE: We have no outside space for guests. The apartment is situated on the edge of The Peak District, Ingbirchworth has easy access to the cities of Sheffield, Leeds /Manchester. Ideally situated for attractions such as Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Cannon Hall Farm, Reservoir walks and much more.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. River Holme Cottage is a 200+ year old over dwelling cottage, located in the picturesque village of Holmbridge, in Holmfirth. The lounge / dining area has the original stone fireplace with a wood burner. Original stone flooring and a juliet balcony overlooking the River Holme below. Two bedrooms both en-suite. A king bedroom and an adult size bunk bedroom. (Our secluded garden is slightly separate, to the side of the house. It’s a 10 second walk to the side gated entrance)
