Lovely one bedroom flat in Bayside Manly West

My place is a lovely private flat and is detached from the main house. There is public transport to the city at the end of the street. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.

Very conveniently located, train station across the road - 7 stops to the city or a 20 min drive. Airport is 10 mins away, plus 10 mins from our beautiful Bayside region. Wynnum and Manly has great coffee shops and restaurants near the water. Markets every weekend and lots to explore and do.

Malabar

My home is close to Moreton Bay, the Qld. Yact Club, the Gateway Arterial, Brisbane Airport, restaurants and clubs. There are many activities on the waterfront, including a beach, water parks, bike riding, sailing etc. We have close access to the city, Southbank Parklands and Cultural Centre via regular train service which is a two minute walk to the station. We are only a 3 minute drive to Wynnum Golf Club. As we live upstairs we try to keep normal household noise to a minimum.

Check-i is between 14:00 and 20:00 This studio is 1 of 3 in a house, is available for short-term stays. The space includes a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchenette, living and dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hotplate, electric frypan, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, convection microwave, cutlery, plates, cups & glasses.

A couple escape near the Bayside, where you can walk and relax on the foreshore 5Km Suitable for a family with 2 kids (sofa bed), playgrounds nearby (Tantani St Park, Sabot Court Park, walking distance), water wales park and wading pool 5 km.

Tropical Nest

The guest house is a fully self contained studio room under our family Queenslander house. You will have the studio room all by yourself. It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.

The Pool House, Wynnum

Welcome to the Pool House, a newly-built, self-contained pool house within our home in Wynnum. Positioned at the end of our garden with access to our magnesium pool. Separate access is available down the side of the house. Please note: By booking this place, Guests and entire party agree to hold harmless property owners from all damages and injuries, including death arising from or related to Guests' use of the swimming pool or swimming pool area
