Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). A unit on its own, away from the main residence, this is a modern, comfortable annexe with a high-end finish. Ideal for people working in the area, short stops or longer stays. Even for those looking for long country walks and a home away from home for some peace and quiet downtime. Ensuite with a double bed, kitchenette with 2 burner hob, fridge freezer, microwave and lots of storage with a separate built in wardrobe. Sleeps 2 comfortably.

Wheathampstead Place, Ground Floor - Two Bedrooms

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
