This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. Willkommen in unserer neu eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (75 Meter vom öffentlichen Parkplatz und 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt). Der optimale Ausgangsort um direkt nach Zürich aber auch nach Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (ohne Lift) und für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen nicht geeignet. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt Der Name "Home" soll daran erinnern, dass Sie sich wie "zu Hause" fühlen sollen!

The apartment`s location is very central. 1 minute walking distance from the famous Langstrasse(the party street), supermarkets(Migro, Coop and Denner), numerous restaurants and bars, and 100m from a beautiful park(Bäckeranlage). The place is 3 to 4 tram stops(or 15 minutes by foot) from the main station and Bahnhofstrasse(the shopping street).

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne.
