This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Rayn or Shine Getaway is a retreat for the soul...we're sharing our ocean-view home for guests to enjoy and walk to the beach, just a few blocks away. You can hear and watch the waves curl in whitewater surf from the Great Room, Den and Master Bedroom, or step outside to a deck with a hot tub! Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
