Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

GeoDome on the edge of the Lake District

Unusual 6m Geodesic Dome - Lake District. Great fun romantic stay in a secluded large garden with private outside area to open empty fields. Cosy, warm, and designed for winter stays — even in bad weather! We’re perfectly located for exploring the Lake District. Just 8 minutes to Windermere, 5 minutes to the Dales Way walking trail. Coffee machine, microwave and a small fridge Toilet and sink located within the dome itself. Gym, spa pool pass, with showers, included. Adults only.

The Wonderland @ The Secret Garden Glamping

The Wonderland is our take on a geodome set in the middle of our 4 acre woodland, It comes complete with everything you know and love from The Secret Garden Galmping like amazing 6 person wood burning hot tub, full outdoor entertainment area along with a bar and outdoor cooking area. We also have a stunning sauna and cold pluge to get those spa vibes going. Inside you have full underfloor heating along with 2 double beds, and then the most amazing bathroom and living space

Yewbarrow - Shepherd's hut overlooking Wastwater

One of two traditional wooden shepherd's huts situated at the top of the beautiful Wasdale valley on a working Lakeland hill farm. Both huts have spectacular lake views over Wastwater and the surrounding fells and are the perfect bases for outdoor activities. Each hut comes complete with its own bathroom with shower, kitchen area and outdoor seating with BBQ. The shepherd's huts are brand new for summer 2022 and are currently being built from scratch here on the farm.

The Golden Egg is a totally unique concept inspired by the age-old question: what came first, the chicken or the egg??? Guests will stay in a cabin designed to look like an egg!!!! Inside, The Golden Egg celebrates a chicken and egg inspired decor. Outside, meet our chickens!! Guests are encouraged to hand select freshly laid eggs for their breakfast in the morning. Our modern Geodomes are comfy and cosy and offer a luxurious Glamping experience for the whole family. Our campsite is based along the side of Loch Ness. We are situated 4 miles from Fort August and 2 miles from Invermoriston, you will find places to eat in both or shops to stock up if you are looking to do the cooking. There are castles and walks nearby and plenty of attractions to keep all the family busy.
