Welcome! We are Paul and Paula and have lived in Waipara over 30 years, you will be nestled down the back of our home on 1/2 acre property. A newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage, quiet, roomy living area, outdoor patio, you can sit and enjoy the sun, or under the tree for shade. Surrounded by wineries, for brunch, lunch or coffee and taste some wonderful wines. A truly special romantic hideaway tucked away in native bush, where the serenity & mountain surrounds are yours to immerse in and enjoy. The authentic log cabin enjoys all day sun with surrounding alpine mountain, & hilltop views. Outdoor areas provide a haven for relaxation and the opportunity of sitting under a canopy of an aged wisteria vine whilst listening to the abundant bird-life, BBQing a delightful meal, or simply taking in the solitude and the breathtakingly refreshing mountain air.

Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Guests may explore farm on foot or mountain bike with permission. Welcome to Coringa.

Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.
