Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

The living room has a Full-size pull-out couch along with a love seat. Washer/drier in unit. Full Kitchen fully stocked including full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Has a small coffee pot and a small Keurig. You will need to bring your own coffee and/or K-cups. Central HVAC unit and ceiling fans. Uncovered back deck with lights.

The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
