Palatka Arts and Crafts Bungalow c.1925This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located in historical downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress as it has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one ofthe poorest county in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly. There are numerous antiques stores and several great restaurants. Home is located blocks from St. Johns River and Ravine Gardens.
Castile House - St. Augustine BeachThis is in a prime location! It’s only a 2-3 min car ride/5-10 min bike ride to the beach, state park, St. Augustine Amphitheater, and restaurants. The food truck village is a 2-minute walk from the property. The bike shop, Island Life, for bike rentals, is only a 3-min walk. They do have electronic bikes for rent. The guest unit is a private unit with a bedroom and bathroom in a newly built beach home with its own separate entrance and designated parking.
